How to Measure for the Proper Helmet

To find the best-fitting helmet, measure your head circumference. Wrap a flexible tape measure around the largest portion of your head, approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Alternatively, wrap a string around your head and measure its length. A size large is recommended for head circumferences between 21.3-22.8 inches (54 cm-58 cm).
