The ACF impact pad is soft in use but stiffens on impact, surpassing the shock-absorbing performance of EVA. Fine-tuned with a PE reinforcement insert at the outer side for careless side-slides. The Force III A's superior protection and comfortable fit have made them the favorite knee pads of our vert skate team riders. WHY WE MADE IT The Kneepad Force III A differs from the Force III in that we replaced the knee cap with very soft ACF foam instead of an EVA foam. This ACF foam can absorb even more impact and protect the knee even better. It is a Pro-level pad for Vert and Park. This pad has a butterfly strap system for ease of use and adjustment. The kneecap can be replaced when worn. A tip to make the Velcro better connected is to turn the cap once to the left and then slightly to the right so that the Velcro hooks up better. The pad can be easily adjusted with the elastic straps. We use very thick EVA foam in combination with ACF foam to protect the skaters. Furthermore, the outer material is extra strong so that the pad does not break when sliding on your knees. Like all Skatepads, this pad is Horseshoe shaped inside, which prevents the pad from slipping off the knee too quickly. ACF impact foam is engineered to mimic human cartilage with molecular freeflow technology. EVA foam and a replaceable PE knee cap provide additional protection.
