The Evolution helmet, created by the brand TSG, is designed with a custom low, snug fit, making it one of the slimmest hardshell helmets available. With a tough skate-style hardshell construction, this helmet securely guards all essential parts of the head. It's designed to anatomically curve around the head, providing a great fit and tailored comfort. The helmet comes in a wide range of colors and graphics.

WHY IT WAS MADE

The Evolution helmet stands out from others because of its unique Mold technique, which was created without the classic top and bottom mold construction. This technique involves creating the mold from the side due to the curvature of the design, ensuring the helmet does not lose its shape. By using this rounded shape, a perfectly snug fit is achieved, and the helmet is able to suck itself up against the head, preventing slippage during use. Further improvements to the design include added protection through a lowered shape on both sides and behind the head. Although no fitting systems are necessary for the helmet to hold, it can still be customized using different Heat Sealed Pads.
