Product Description PASS PRO HELMET

The Pass Pro downhill helmet is the ultimate performance gear that has been developed and engineered in collaboration with a downhill skateboard world champion. Its compact shell and aerodynamic design ensure an unrestricted speed rush while the progressive manufacturing process eliminates trapped air and compresses multiple layers of the helmet shell to deliver a stronger but lighter build and a clean and refined surface. The spherical curved visor provides optimal peripheral vision with scratch-proof, anti-fog coating. The nose vent ports and a revolutionary exhalation fogging blocker above the mouth support the anti-fogging design. The removable cheek pads can be size adjusted to fit each individual's head shape perfectly.

WHY WE MADE IT The Pass Pro is manufactured using the more complex bag molding process, using pre-impregnated fiberglass cut to size and slightly adhesive. The advantage of the bag molding process is the elimination of possible air bubbles and a significant weight saving, although it is slightly more expensive than laminating by hand.
