Why We Developed It The development of the Elbowpad Roller Derby 3.0 took extensive time and effort to ensure its reliability. The goal was to create a protective pad that is comfortable for Roller Derby players yet durable enough to withstand heavy use. After numerous tests, we determined that a sewn-on cap offers the best protection, and we also extensively tested the types of thread used, concluding that cotton thread is the most effective. Additionally, our butterfly strap system allows for easy adjustment, while silicone prints on the interior of the pad prevent slipping. The pad features thick EVA foam for protection, along with extra strong outer material to withstand falls. The Horseshoe shape inside the pad prevents it from slipping off the elbow too quickly.

Protection Features Our hardshell construction provides maximum protection from impacts, reducing friction against the ground in case of a fall. The Roller Derby 3.0 Elbowpad features a multi-layer of EVA foam and a high-density PE elbow cap, meeting the European standard for skateboard protectors.

Comfort Features The pre-shaped design offers unrestricted wearing comfort, while the custom Horseshoe shape ensures the pad stays in place. Double-layer 360° velcro straps provide a secure fit that is comfortable to wear, and the pull-over design allows for easy on-off capability and an anti-shift fit.

Durable Hardshell Construction The Roller Derby elbow pads are made of sturdy hard shells and shock-absorbing EVA foam layers, providing protection from impacts and abrasions. The pads use heavy-duty tear-resistant nylon to withstand the rigors of the game.

Complete Elbow Protection The elbow pads offer complete protection from cuts and scrapes, with a high-density PE elbow cap and layers of ultra-soft EVA foam shielding the elbows from shocks and vibrations.

Pre-Shaped, Horseshoe Design The pre-shaped design conforms to the natural body shape for a comfortable, close fit, and the horseshoe shape and anti-slip silicone print keep the pad in place without shifting or sliding during the game.

Comfortable to Wear The double-layer 360° velcro straps offer a tight yet comfortable fit, with a pull-over design and strap fix for an anti-shift fit. The PE elbow cap provides friction-free sliding that does not impact the derby tracks.
